I mill the flour fresh in the morning, and have it ready by 2pm, so you can come by any time after 2pm and it will be there waiting for you outside my front door. My address is

If you have never smelled whole wheat flour that was milled the same day, let me tell you… You almost want to just eat the flour! We of course will make sure there is no contact on pickup, but you better send me a picture of what you’re baking!

Recipes and Advice:
I am an experienced baker, mostly of whole grain sourdough bread. I have worked hard to refine my process around this type of premium whole kernel flour, which is a bit different than other flours which claim to be whole grain. My wife also has great luck using our flour for cookies, muffins, pancakes, and in her words, “anything that uses flour,” so we can help with other things too!
